Posie M. Clinton, founder of Guard 1 Services, serves as President and CEO, leading business development and sales activities. Clinton is a veteran in the security industry with more than 20 years of experience in the field, most recently at Dowley Security Systems, a leading provider of turnkey technology and integration and electronic security systems for critical infrastructure and commercial markets. Earlier in his career, Clinton was integral in the growth of several leading providers of security solutions, including The Wackenhut Corporation, where he served as General Manager, iidon Security Associates, Inc. as Regional Vice President, where he opened the Houston/South Texas-area office, and Allied/Barton Protective Services, Inc., where, as Business Development Manager, he successfully expanded the business into petrochemical services. Clinton has also held leadership positions with several trade organizations, most recently as President for American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS).

In his current role as Vice President of Sales, Mark brings over 15 years of experience in facilitating business relationships and customer focused services to the oilfield and energy sectors. Before working in sales management, Mr. Adams began his career as a probation officer, transitioning into the role of Texas prison administrator.

James C. Rice brings over 20 years of operational experience in the manufacturing and construction arenas. Prior to joining the Guard 1 Services team in January of 2015, James worked for sister companies Boyer Inc, and Lonestar Prestress handling a broad mix of responsibilities from operations to business development.
